Plantarfascial Groove

A video to help a practitioner understand when they should prescribe a Plantar fascial Groove in an ICB orthotic and how to create one using a) Hand grinder b) Bench grinder c) heat gun and scissors to place the groove into the orthotic. ICB Orthotics are 100% EVA, heat moldable and able to be customised to the patients requirements.

We may do this when the orthotic is pressing into the arch of the foot and causing pain.
